While I’m a little disappointed this isn’t an adaptation of the videogame Paperboy, it still looks pretty cool. Zac Efron plays a young journalist investigating the possibly-wrongful incarceration of a man (John Cusack, looking country-fried and menacing) at the behest of a woman that’s fallen in love with him while in prison (Nicole Kidman). This premiered at Cannes, and was very well received. Apparently, there’s also a part where Nicole Kidman pisses on Zac Efron to cure a jellyfish sting. If that doesn’t get you into the theater, nothing will.
