By Once is one of those movies that comes around only once maybe every ten years. It’s beautiful, moving, haunting at times, and always a joy to watch. This is not a continuation of Once. This is the story behind Glenn Hansard and Markita Irglova, the musicians behind the band The Swell Season, and the actors from Once. The Swell Season takes a look at the couple’s success as a band, as well as their fading romance.
