Trailer: Vanishing on 7th Street

0

I’m not sure how I feel about the premise of this one. Vanishing on 7th Street starts off with Luke (Hayden Christensen) discovering that (nearly) everyone on Earth has vanished. However, instead of some truly terrifying and tangible CGI object to help carry the film along, we see him and others faced with the fear of shadows that can kill you. Yes, shadows.

Thandie Newton and John Leguizamo are in it as well, and Brad Anderson (The Machinist, Transsiberian) has some notable talent, but I just can’t shake the feeling that M. Night Shyamalan is behind this one, and that we’ll be watching harmless shadows flicker for two hours.
