Vin Diesel’s The Last Witch Hunter lives again

Back in September of 2012 we got word that ol’ deep voice, Vin Diesel, was jumping into a new film called The Last Witch Hunter. The movie would be directed by Breck Eisner (The Crazies) and be about a guy (Diesel) killing witches in New York. Then a whole lot of nothing happened until today when Diesel, ever the social media leaker, posted this image to his Facebook account saying, “I will fill you all in later… but this meeting went well.”

So how do we know it’s for The Last Witch Hunter? Well, it says so in one of the images on the wall, plus that’s Eisner sitting on the floor with those kids. What was the meeting about? Just hypothesizing from this image they were clearly discussing the artwork with the the movie’s new screenwriters who were brought in to give it a bit more of a youth feel. That’s my best guess anyway.
