Ernest & Celestine tells the story of an unlikely friendship between a young mouse and a big bear, in a world where inter-species friendships are highly discouraged, due to like eating each other and stuff. The movie is one of the nominees for the 2014 Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature, and it’s from the same people that made previous Oscar nominees, The Secret of Kells and The Triplets of Belleville, so you know it’s bound to be good.

Ernest & Celestine will open in U.S. theaters for a pre-Oscars tour in all of its 2D wonderfulness on February 28th, 2014.
