It’s written and being directed by Harmony Korine, the one responsible fro writing cult Kids, as well as writing and directing Spring Breakers. It will also star Matthew McConaughey, Isla Fisher, and Snoop Dogg. But look at the pics!

McConaughey will play Moondog, a “A rebellious stoner named [who] lives life by his own rules.” Efron will play Flicker, almost certainly the website, or named after it. Same difference.
The film is currently without a release date, presumably because everyone attached to it is too high.
