Famous rapper Cardi B will be bringing her lightning lips to Universal’s Fast & Furious 9. Last night on Instagram, Vin Diesel revealed the news with a video and him and Cardi on the set of the film. The news broke just a day after Universal announced that Latin artist Ozuna would be joining the cast for the latest car heist sequel.
“I’m tired, but I can’t wait,” Cardi told Diesel’s followers. “I ain’t gonna front, I think this is going to be the best one.” Those are some bold words, especially since many people believe the last two films were some of the weaker entries in the series. With Justin Lin returning to direct, though, there’s a chance that Fast & Furious 9 will be the return to form (whatever that means) that series fans want.
