High school’s easy when you can feed bullies to a monster in trailer for The Shed

Sometimes a rat, cat, or raccoon bumbles its way into your shed one night, and you have no idea how it got in there. Worst of all, it has no idea how to get out, and it’s mad as hell about it. But what if instead of locking that shed up, swearing it off forever, and building a new one right beside it like any normal person would do, you just go ahead and start feeding the people you hate most to the raging beast within?

That’s the central dilemma in The Shed, where bullied Stan and his best friend Dommer discover a murderous vampire (as opposed to the seductive type, I suppose) in Stan’s shed. Stan wants to exterminate the monster, but Dommer’s all “Yeah, but what if we use it to kill people we don’t like?” I’m very much on Dommer’s side.

This looks fun and interesting and has a comic undertone that I can get behind. It reminds me something of the dynamic in Dead Girl, but instead of zombie sex it’s vampire murder. A slight difference.

Look for The Shed to bite theaters and bleed on to VOD on November 15, 2019. Also, check out the poster below. The title has a neat 80’s horror novel sort of font.
