By We’ve already had a poster or two come through these here parts for the upcoming time traveling sci-fi action blockbuster Looper, but as they say good things come in threes. Thus I present to you Looper‘s newly unveiled international poster.
For the uninitiated, the film follows Joseph Gordon-Levitt, a hit-man for the mob known as a “looper” whose targets are sent back in time from the future. The story takes a turn when Levitt’s character is confronted with assassinating his future self (Bruce Willis), a move made by the mob to tie up any loose ends. Of course he hesitates and Willis escapes and hilarious hi-jinks ensue. Or something like that.
In all honesty, this is one of my most anticipated films. Joseph Gordon-Levitt has been solidified as one of Hollywood’s brightest young stars, and Bruce Willis always kicks ass when in an action role. My hopes are riding high on this one and as far as I’m concerned it can’t get here soon enough.
