Mia Wasikowska to star in Stoker & Wettest County in World

Hard to believe that gorgeous girl on the left and that Gila monster on the right are both the same woman. Luckily for us audience folk it doesn’t look like she’ll have any smiling roles to play any time soon. With her next depressing film, Jane Eyre, coming out in a few months, what else can we expect from the Alice in Wonderland and The Kids are All Right star Mia Wasikowska?

Aside from Restless coming out later this year and Albert Nobbs, which is still looming without a release date, Variety brings news of two more gloomy films she may start frowning and sexily pouting in before the end of the year. There are scheduling conflicts she’s trying to sort out, but she’ll hopefully star alongside Shia Labeouf and Tom Hardy in The Wettest County in the World, as well as alongside Jodie Foster in Stoker, a hot 2010 black list story being produced by Ridley and Tony Scott that’s about a dead father and an uncle with a mystery.

If she can’t find time to do both, which do you think would be more worth her time?
