Miyazaki’s The Wind Rises gets English voice cast

Hayao Miyazaki’s The Wind Rises (which could very well be his final film before retirement) has been inching closer and closer to a domestic release after it’s fly through Japan. Shortly after getting the first US trailer for the film a few weeks back, we now have a full cast list for Disney’s English language dub of the film.

The cast includes some heavy hitters, folks. Joseph Gordon-Levitt leads (it’s a big week for that guy), Emily Blunt, Elijah Wood, Martin Short, Stanley Tucci, and even Werner F**king Herzog (you pretty much have to say his name like that each time). Although Alec and Hubert didn’t seem to love the film, I have to say it’s hard to brush off that cast. Let’s all hope it’s great when The Wind Rises flies into theaters February 21st.
