Ryan Reynolds: R.I.P.D. has wrapped filming

At a press conference for the upcoming action-thriller Safe House, Ryan Reynolds (who starred in the film), was asked about how he felt about his other upcoming film R.I.P.D., and he announced that filming had officially finished on Friday, January 27 at 4:00 AM. He said:

It’s a movie I have been with for years and believed in, and just to be standing on the set was an incredible feeling. We actually wrapped yesterday at four in the morning, so I’m a little slurry right now because of that. You just stick with being passionate about something, and that’s really half the battle.

R.I.P.D., which is an action-comedy-crime thriller based on the comic book Rest in Peace Department, also stars Jeff Bridges, which is pretty damn cool. It’s currently set for next June, but if it’s already finished filming, it may very well come out sometime this year. That, however, is merely speculation on my part. Regardless, it sounds like a cool movie, and I’m looking forward to it.
