Review: Now You See Me 2

No one saw Now You See Me during its initial run through theaters three years ago. Instead, it has managed to cultivate itself enough of a small following through home video and TV syndication to necessitate a sequel. And for good reason, too. NYSM was a like a cold pizza you find whilst hungover the next day. You totally missed it when it was hot, but it was still tasty thanks to all of the cold cheese. But that film was under the guidance of Louis Letterier (The Transporter, The Incredible Hulk), someone who knows cheese.

With Jon M. Chu (most recently known for Jem and the Holograms‘ huge bomb at the box office) at the helm, we were in for a new, hopefully good take.
