Mark Hamill and other high-profile names join Masters of the Universe: Revelation

Adding onto their original animation roster, Netflix is moving along with production on Masters of the Universe: Revelation, the series based on the iconic world of swords and sorcery. Just how the series will look is to be determined, given the still-distant premiere date, but we’ve got a better idea of how things are going to sound now.

None other than Mark Hamill will lend his lungs to the role of Skeleton, He-Man’s arch nemesis. It’s sort of perfect, given the man’s history with The Joker. Chris Wood will be taking up the walls of Grayskull as hero Prince Adam/He-Man, with Sarah Michelle Gellar taking up the role of Teela. A Batman: The Animated Series reunion comes in the form of Kevin Conroy set for the role of Mer-Man, henchman to Skeleton. The full cast can be seen below:

Mark Hamill as Skeletor

Lena Headey as Evil-Lyn

Chris Wood as Prince Adam / He-Man

Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela

It’s a tremendous roster, and telling of the pull Kevin Smith is bringing to the production. Revelation is currently without a release date.

Meanwhile, the live-action Masters of the Universe has been quiet, though as far as we know still on track for a March 5, 2021 release.
